Can I do Pilates everyday?

The answer to the question is YES!  You can absolutely do Pilates safely and effectively every day. However, you need to vary the workouts and keep them interesting.  Remember that if a particular muscle group is challenged one day, you need to give it  a rest or perhaps only just a moderate workout the next day. In reality this probably means that you wouldn’t attend a group or private class every day, but would be doing some shorter workouts on your own.
