Healthy snacks that are filling and not too calorie dense are quite hard to find. Some time ago I found this recipe on the internet for chocolate protein balls. Each ball has only 70 calories, and one is enough to keep you going for quite some time. Some chit-chat in Monday night’s reformer class led to a food conversation (as it so often does) and the topic of snacking….so my good deed for the day is to share this recipe with you. 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp high quality chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
30g shredded coconut
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp honey
* Mix all ingredients together and roll into 8 balls. Refrigerate for 20 mins.
