Delicious Dessert

I found a protein mousse recipe that is to die for – thought I’d share so you can all indulge guilt free  Mix one scoop of good quality chocolate protein powder with enough water to make a paste. Add half a cup of your favourite frozen berries (blueberries are fantastic), and a good dollop of plain low fat yoghurt. Mix it all together and enjoy. It is seriously like chocolate mousse! If you want to feel like you’re having something ‘really’ naughty, try coconut yoghurt (available at health food shops) instead of plain yoghurt……yum,yum,yum.
